Meet the Team
Founder & Therapist
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and Certified Trauma Professional, and the founder of a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to mental health care and family education.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing should be accessible, preventative, and family-centered. I support adolescents, adults, families, and parents by providing trauma-informed care and educational resources that empower individuals and strengthen family systems. I believe that mental health support should extend beyond the therapy room and include education, community support, and practical tools families can use in their daily lives.
Before founding my nonprofit, I worked as a school social worker supporting children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral challenges. This experience continues to shape my systems-based, collaborative approach and my passion for early intervention and community-focused mental health services.
Through both clinical work and nonprofit leadership, I am committed to reducing barriers to care, increasing mental health literacy, and supporting families through life transitions with compassion and intention.
