Meet the Team
Founder & Therapist
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and Certified Trauma Professional, and I am the founder of a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to mental health care and family education.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing should be accessible, preventative, and family-centered. I support adolescents, adults, families, and parents through trauma-informed therapy and practical education that strengthens family systems. I believe mental health support should extend beyond the therapy room and include tools, resources, and guidance that families can use in everyday life.
Before founding my nonprofit, I worked as a school social worker supporting children and adolescents navigating emotional and behavioral challenges. That experience continues to shape my collaborative, systems-based approach and my commitment to early intervention and community-informed care.
I practice under supervision in the states where I am credentialed. In Washington, I practice under the supervision of Brittany Steffen, LMFT, License LF60567460. In Texas, I practice under the supervision of John Lloyd, LMFT-S, License #201737. Supervision is an important part of my ongoing professional development and helps ensure that I provide ethical, high-quality care.
Through both clinical work and nonprofit leadership, I remain committed to reducing barriers to care, increasing mental health literacy, and supporting individuals and families through life transitions with compassion, clarity, and intention.
