No. The Butterfly Mindset memberships are educational and supportive, not therapy. Membership resources, workshops, and written or audio responses focus on mental health education, coping strategies, and common relational patterns. They do not include diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or individualized mental health care.

Our memberships are designed for families, parents, caregivers, adolescents, and adults who want accessible education, practical tools, and guidance to support emotional well-being, communication, and life transitions.

Butterfly Basics includes a monthly Family Wellness Newsletter and access to our monthly workshops. This tier focuses on education, prevention, and empowerment. Workshops are educational (not therapeutic), and recordings are available if families cannot attend live sessions.

Butterfly Family Pathways includes everything in Butterfly Basics, plus guided resource navigation support, and access to our SEL Library for adolescents (11 yr and up).

It includes a 40% discount on therapy services, but therapy is billed separately and is not included in the membership fee. Therapy services are subject to intake, availability, and clinical appropriateness, and may include individual, couple, or family therapy for the membership owner and up to three additional family members at one time.

No. Membership offerings are designed to complement, not replace, mental health treatment. If you are seeking therapy, diagnosis, or crisis support, we encourage you to pursue clinical services or emergency support as appropriate.

Yes. Memberships are billed monthly and may be changed or canceled at any time. Access to resources will remain available through the end of the current billing period.
